Reno Airport

Truckee Tahoe Transportation provides private car service by appointment between the Reno Airport and the surrounding North Lake Tahoe and Truckee areas. Please make your reservation in advance by calling (530) 582-5828 or contacting us.

If you already have a reservation with TTT:
Once you arrive into the Reno Airport, please immediately turn your cell phone (the driver will have your cell phone number) on and follow signs to the baggage claim area and ground transportation. Walk to the far end of baggage claim and exit through Door D. You will see a large white 4 wheel drive Ford with our logo on front doors “Truckee Tahoe Transportation.” Please also write down our office number (530) 582-5828 in case you need to get a hold of us.

Delays or Missed Flights:
If your flight is delayed or if you are not on your original flight, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Payment is made at time of booking and reservations are confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellations: Made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund. Made with more than 24 hours and less than a week get 50% refund. Made with more than a week, get 90% refund.
